yoga

PLANNING FOR WRITING.

INTRODUCTION:
WHAT: partner yoga challenge
WHERE: inside Room 7
WHEN: Monday 17th September 2018, in the morning, first thing in the morning
WHO: Room 7 students
WHY: have fun
HOW: miss had a slideshow, kids in partners.

PARAGRAPH 1:
 Roll, got into partners, move the furniture away,
Miss explained what we were doing
First pose -  easy, happy, going to get harder, confused, confident, trust and feel comfortable with partner

PARAGRAPH 2:

Making shapes with our bodies
Keeping calm, trying your best
Which ones did you try AND FAIL? The chair one
Which ones were really HARD? The last one and the chair one

CONCLUSION:
 My favourite one was the push up one and the heart also the one were we had to sit and hold hands and look up
The hardest one was the last one cause we couldn't do the upside down thing

The yoga challenge
On monday the 17th of september 2018 room 7 did some yoga in the morning. We had to get into buddies and we had to sit down next to each other and wait for miss Ashley to do the tv, my buddie was lopi.                                                                                               


The first yoga was when we had to sit down and hold each other's arm and look up.The second one was we had to sit again and put our legs up and hold each others hand across of the legs. The third one was to make a heart with your hands and bend your knee and turn your head to look at your buddies head. The fourth one was one of the buddie wich was me had to sit down and move our head forward and lopi had to lean on my back and spread your arms. The next one is we sit down and
